Juniors Registration Form
Registrations for the AFL Canberra Junior League may now be done online. Please visit your club's website to register with them online. This registration option is for returning players only.
Any player who would like to play in the AFL Canberra Milk Junior League must complete a registration form and submit it to their club for official registration in the AFL Canberra Milk Junior League.
Players may register with a club at any time before or during the home & away season.
A player may not be registered with two clubs at the same time.

Child Protection Form - Prohibited Employment Declaration This form is a declaration for volunteers
The Commission for Children and Young People Act 1998 makes it an offence for a prohibited person to apply for or otherwise obtain, undertake or remain in, child-related employment.
This form is a declaration for volunteers and employees working with children that they are not prohibited people by the Act from seeking, obtaining, undertaking or remaining in child related employment.

Child Protection Form - Working With Children Background Check Consent Form
This form is for clubs to use to obtain the consent of volunteers and/or employees to do a background check as part of the Working With Children Check
This form is to be completed by people whose names will be submitted for a background check as part of the Working With Children Check.
No background check can be done without consent being provided.

2013 Playing Up An Age Form - Womens
AFL Canberra has adopted the minimum age of 18 years as at 1st January to apply to the AFL Canberra Women’s League.
The minimum age for players to participate in the AFL Canberra Women’s League is 18 years as at the 1st January in the year in which the player wishes to participate.
For players aged 16 years as at the 1st January in the year in which they intend to play in the AFL Canberra Women’s League, they may, with the consent of their parents, apply to play in the AFL Canberra Women’s League.
The player will need to fill out the below form in order to be considered to play in the women's league.
